I am an out-of-network provider. We will discuss the cost of sessions during the initial consultation.
My clients covered by Cigna, Aetna, BCBS/Anthem, and United Health often have a percentage of their sessions covered.
In most cases, my office manager can submit your claims on your behalf. If you have any billing or insurance related questions, please email us at: billingsupport@loturapsychology.com

Questions for Insurance Companies:
In order to find out more about your mental health benefits, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions to the customer service representative:
1. Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health? If no, you are responsible for the full session fee. If yes, go on to ask the questions that follow.
2. What is my deductible for out-of-network mental health services?
3. How much of this amount have I met thus far for this year?
4. What is the percentage covered per therapy session?
-
You can expect to be billed on a weekly basis for your sessions. I accept payments by Zelle, HSA/FSA cards, and all major credit cards.
-
Please allow at least 48-hours for canceling a session. You are responsible for the full session fee if you cancel within 48-hours of the scheduled session time.
